Shipping policy
Article 1. Definitions
Company: Succubus B.V., located in Assendelft, the Netherlands.
Consumer: A natural person or business entering into a distance agreement with the company.
Agreement: A distance agreement between Succubus and the consumer.
Article 2. Applicability
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed via the Succubus websites. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this shipping policy.
Article 3. Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on public holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day. For orders with DHL Express, different processing times apply. Read more under article 5. Note: During peak periods, such as sales, processing times may be longer.
Article 4. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times
Orders are handled by our logistics partner Maersk, which transports the packages to the respective carriers.
We offer free shipping to pickup points or lockers in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Sweden.
Please note that packages larger than 64 x 38 x 16 cm cannot be shipped to a locker.

Note: Delivery times are averages and may vary due to seasonal demand and external factors.
Succubus reserves the right to deviate from the aforementioned carriers without prior notice if necessary for faster or more efficient delivery.
Exceptional Shipping Costs: When the standard shipping costs are not sufficient to cover the shipping of the ordered items, we may contact you to charge additional shipping fees.
Article 5. DHL Express Shipping
For fast shipping within Europe, we offer DHL Express for €29.95, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days for most destinations. For remote areas, the delivery time may extend up to 4 working days.
Outside the EU, costs and estimated delivery times are dynamically calculated based on your location and the size of the package. This information is displayed at checkout.
Note: Express shipments placed on weekends or after 12:00 PM (Amsterdam time) on weekdays will be shipped the next business day.
Article 6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Information
After shipping, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to our logistics partner Maersk's trackyourparcel.eu website. The track and trace of the last-mile carrier will appear here. For international shipments, it may take longer for tracking information to become available.
Article 7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Succubus has no control over these costs and cannot predict the exact amounts.
Article 8. Undeliverable Orders
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence, the costs for re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 9. Damage During Transport
Succubus is responsible for claims with the carrier in case of damage or loss during transport. If a package arrives damaged, we advise the customer to refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
In case of damage, we require the following photos to process the claim correctly:
- A photo of the entire outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible;
- A photo taken from above the opened package, showing the contents clearly;
- A photo of all types of interior packaging within the box;
- A photo showing the full scope of the item;
- A detailed photo / close-up of the specific damage to the content.
Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged package.
